I had wonderful experience at this Salon!!! Paul, Jonathan and Jeffrey were all very professional and really nice!! I believe this will be my new salon!! Jonathan did my beautiful color. Jeffrey did an amazing job washing and conditioning my hair and Paul did a fabulous job with my maintenance and style.

The professionalism exhibited in Natural Textures Salon is above the rest. I’ve never had to wait to be seen, my appointment time is my appointment time! That’s comfortable to know when booking online! The customer service that Paul and his employees give is exceptional! I enjoy my experience every time I come in to get my hair done.

Paul saw me right on time without any waiting, massaged my scalp while shampooing and asked numerous times about water temp. He got me in and out in 2 hrs incl. dry time. The shop has you sanitize your hands which is great! Parking was a breeze, Shop was easy to locate. Paul educated me LOC maintenance.

Let me start off saying Paul and his team is awesome and so welcoming. The customer service is excellent, the stylist who did my hair was Johnthan he was great, Paul was also there helping and giving tips. I love how they all work as a TEAM . My experience from the beginning till I walk out that salon was one of a of a kind. The price is affordable, the atmosphere is nice. I haven’t been in a hair salon in over 20 years, I definitely will be coming back in 3 weeks for my Locs maintenance

Coming through the door I was greeted by a masked gentleman very polite which I found out was Paul himself!!!! Other stylist greeted me as well as the cutest mascot "Bella". But my GOSH Jeffrey hair washing was the best ever. If only I can take the hands home. Johnathan my stylist worked effectively efficiently and has light hands. Overall my service was amazing. Happy I found a place to call home for my loc journey. BTW my appointment was at 1pm. I was getting washed by 1:06pm. Never has this happened in Baltimore at a salon! Great job Natural Textures u have a client in me❤️ Clean and professional shop as well.

Always a friendly environment when I go to get my hair done. Flip is my stylist and keeps my edges on my head and my hair growing. Jeffrey washes my hair and does a great job. Always checks in to make sure he's not being too rough and that is very appreciated because I'm a sensitive soul. I come to Flip for two strand twists and am never disappointed in my look. He makes sure I know what my upkeep looks like and tells me when to oil my scalp. Flip is also very nice and respectful of what I want with my hair. He definitely keeps it real too.

This place feels like my home! 🥰 MyRhonda hooked me up with a loc re-twist & updo, as a walk-in client, in less than 2.5hrs. The staff here are amazing! They will make you feel so good after your visit. Would definitely come back as a regular. …

I want to speak on the salon as a whole... very clean, professional and Covid safe. Sanitizer when you enter the salon and temperature checks. Staff continuously wiped down stations, salon chairs, knobs and styling products. All the stylists were very professional and amazing at their craft. My stylist was Johnathan. He took excellent care of me as a first time client. I enjoyed my new color and curls on my sisterlocs for my Birthday. I received many compliments. Also, profanity and vulgar language was not used or allowed in the salon. The vibe was upscale, positive and minority owned!

Beautiful inside, respectful, calming, the Stylist are very professional. The young man who washed my hair was so kind and it felt like a head massage when he washed my hair. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and beautiful.

This salon is amazing! It’s very hard to find good salons and this one exceeded my expectations. Paul does my loc maintenance and he has gifted hands. Easy to book on StyleSeat, and service starts immediately when entering. No 3-4 hour wait times and the salon is very safe and extremely clean. It’s a beautiful atmosphere and really good vibe overall. If you’re looking for a place for your Natural texture hair, this is definitely it!
